QuadConsult Ltd were appointed Civil and Structural engineers on the project providing support from preplanning through to completion.
Working alongside Cartrefi Limited, who have done a fantastic job delivering much-needed social housing in the Fairwater area of Cardiff for Cadwyn Housing Association (Cadarn Group), the project has successfully progressed from design through to completion. QuadConsult were responsible for the detailed civil and structural design and supported the project through the technical approval process, including Section 104 approval with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW), as well as SAB and Section 278 approvals with Cardiff Council.
It’s been a pleasure to contribute to a project that will provide much-needed homes for the local community, and we’re proud to have worked alongside the wider project team to help bring the development forward.

The site required Section 38 and 278 highways approval, along with SAB and Section 104 agreements for the proposed foul serving the development
