Alpha is one of two L-shaped buildings on the 12-acre Matrix Park, a development by Liberty Properties plc. which attracted a high level of interest from a number of leading blue-chip companies including EDS and PRA. Liberty Properties relocated its Swansea office to Matrix Park.
