We’re pleased to see the completion of another Battery Energy Storage System project for which QuadConsult provided the civil and structural engineering design.
Our scope covered a broad range of infrastructure required to deliver the facility, including:

▪️ Access and internal track design
▪️ Equipment and BESS foundations
▪️ Secondary structural elements
▪️ Civil and structural detailing
Projects such as this require close coordination between the civil, structural and electrical elements, with particular consideration given to ground conditions, levels, drainage, construction access and the numerous equipment interfaces across the site.
The photographs give a great overview of the completed installation and the extent of the infrastructure required to support the BESS equipment.
