A one hundred and forty two unit joint venture development with Taylor Wimpey and Lewis Homes, the site has been designed to achieve Code Level 3+ which also required large quantities of surface water to be attenuated on site.

QuadConsult configured the drainage design in a way that reduced the developer’s initial infrastructure costs to a minimum for the phased development. The site also required the design of a pumping station and house foundations to protect the development from any future influence of past mining activity.
