An Incorporated Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering and over twenty-five years’ experience Mark started his career with Arup at a junior level. He moved on to smaller consultancy to enable exposure to a greater, wider variety of projects and project experience. Mark then joined Hyder Consulting (now Arcadis) for eight years working on large infrastructure schemes within the UK and Middle East, including stints working in Dubai and Qatar.

Mark obtained Incorporated Engineer status in 2016 having previously been registered as EngTech with the Engineering Council. He has great experience on infrastructure projects including drainage strategies, detailed design packages along with Section 38. 278, 104, 185 agreements with many local and water authorities. Since the implementation of SAB (Schedule 3 of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010) he has worked with many of the Welsh Local Authorities to achieve SAB approvals on a variety of schemes.

In 2019 Mark joined QuadConsult as a Senior Engineer and progressed to Associate and then Director.
