To carry out improvements to manage the surface of an upland wind farm.
On completion of this upland wind farm in West Wales it became apparent that improvements were necessary to the management of surface.
On behalf of the developer, Statkraft, QuadConsult designed improvements to the field drainage, re-directed water to watercourses, and worked in conjunction with Carmarthenshire County Council to manage drainage at the site entrance, and to prevent a repetition of severe flooding to the public road.
